Infrastructure

While Brain of the Company is its Employees, the Heart is its Infrastructure. Infrastructure is the backbone of our Business and because of our state-of-the-art and elaborate infrastructural facilities; we have been able to Manufacture a wide range of World Class Products which are well accepted and appreciated by our Esteemed Clients.

Our Infrastructural Facilities have been designed and created in such a manner that it is not only congenial for Production and Testing but also creates an impetus for designing and Developing New Products with cutting edge technology.

Apart from having a set of regular Production Machinery in a well laid out Premises in Highly Developed Industrial Park in Dhulagarh which is close to the City, some of the activities performed therein by us are :

Material preparation with Latest Machineries in appropriate atmosphere by Skilled Workmen and tested. Few of such components as maybe required are tested for Tensile Strength, Hardness and Thickness/ Adhesivity for plated/ painted components.

After above Processes have been accomplished, parts & components are assembled as per drawings and wirings/ connections are made by Skilled Workmen under strict Supervision of Qualified Engineers and Technicians.

These assemblies are then put to Electrical Insulation Test, Earthing Test and High-Voltage Test upto 100 kV with most Modern Electrical Equipment of appropriate ratings which are duly calibrated.
